This e-waste collection drive was taken up by Lions and Leos of Sarjapura Town Bangalore in the month of January. The team collected many old laptops, tablets, phones, and several other electrical devices. Lions Club of Sarjapura Town which comes under District 317 E has taken up this drive as a permanent sustainable project to ensure that e-waste is recycled. We are proud to be a part of the drive under the able leadership of our District Governor Lion Mrs. Vinutha Prakash, 1st VDG Lion Mr. Ramraj Urs, 2nd VDG Lion Mrs. Chandra Reddy, and our President Lion Puja Chandra. The aim is to prevent e-waste generation and generate power instead by the method of recycling.
