CCTV footage has played a crucial role in tracing Parinav’s movements on the day he went missing. At 2:30 pm on Sunday, he was spotted at Kaveri Hospital, situated between Kundalahalli Gate and Marathahalli Bridge. Later, at 3:04 pm, he was captured boarding a Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) bus at Marathahalli. The city police promptly tracked down the specific bus, and the bus conductor confirmed recalling the young boy.
According to the bus conductor, Parinav alighted at Marathahalli Market as he lacked sufficient funds for a ticket beyond that point. Despite the conductor’s offer to allow payment at a later time, Parinav insisted on getting down. This decision has left both his family and authorities puzzled, as they continue their efforts to piece together the events that unfolded after his departure from the bus.
Parinav’s father, Sukesh, expressed his concern, revealing that the family usually picks him up from school. On that particular day, Parinav set off independently, walking towards Marathahalli, a direction entirely different from their usual route. His friends, too, are unaware of the reasons behind his unexpected journey. The family remains committed to tracing his movements through additional CCTV footage in hopes of finding vital clues.
Parinav was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt and carrying a dark-colored school bag. The Whitefield police are actively involved in the search, and his family, along with friends, has been unable to provide information on his current location.
