One of the most prolific Bollywood reviewers and actor Kamaal R Khan or KRK, was arrested and detained for questioning at the Bombay airport for his controversial tweets made in 2020. The Malad Police arrested him after a complaint was filed with them by a Yuva Sena member Rahul Kanal. KRK was arrested for controversial tweets about Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor in 2020.

KRK or Kamaal R Khan is an actor and a critic of Bollywood movies who often makes controversial remarks. He has been criticized several times for his comments on social media platforms. Moreover, he has worked in several Hindi and Bhojpuri films and even produced several of them.
KRK’s Arrest
It is not the first time KRK landed in trouble for his controversial tweets. KRK was arrested in 2020 after a case was filed against him for his social media attacks on Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor.
Mr Khan was served with a lookout notice, and an FIR was filed against him in 2020. Rahul Kanal, a Yuva Sena member, filed the complaint. According to several reports, he was not in Mumbai for two years and he will appear in court today at 11 p.m. in Borivali. He was arrested under IPC Sections 153A, 294, 500, 501, 505, 67, and 98.

While speaking with reporters, Rahul Kanal said, “Kamal R Khan has been arrested today on my complaint. I welcome this move by the Mumbai police. He makes derogatory comments on social media and uses foul language. Such kind of behavior is unacceptable in society. By arresting him, Mumbai police has sent out a strong message against such people.”
