PVR To Re-Release These Iconic Romantic Movies On V-Day : Check The List

The Hindi film audiences returned to the theatres after a long halt, courtesy of Pathaan. The PVR theatres, one of the biggest cinema hall brands in the country, has come up with an innovative strategy to continue attracting audiences.

The PVR chain theatres will be re-releasing iconic romantic movies for a week. The film festival includes movies from Hindi cinema and Hollywood, which will be re-released across 25 different cities in the country.

One of the most iconic romantic Hindi films, Dil Wale Dulhaniya Le Jayenga, more commonly referred to as DDLJ, which has been running continuously in Maratha Mandir for the last 25 years, will also be screened at the PVR theatres. A week-long movie marathon began on February 10th and will continue till February 16th.

“The passion for cinema among audiences around this festival remains unchanged and it has always been our endeavour to make every moment memorable for our patrons. PVR has put together a bundle of experiences to make the occasion truly special in every possible way,” said Gautam Dutta, CEO, of PVR Limited.

Following are a few of the movies which will be re-released at the PVR theatres –

English – Titanic and Ticket To Paradise

Hindi – Tamasha, Jab We Met, and DDLJ

Telugu – Geetha Govindam

Tamil – Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa

Marathi – Ved

Kannada – Googly

Malayalam – Hridayam

Gujarati – Love Ni Bhavai
