In a bid to revitalize the aerospace and defence sector, measures are being implemented to bring the indigenisation of MRO processes to the forefront. Patil highlighted the coordination with the Labour Department to improve dormitories for Diploma and ITI professionals. The strategic focus on this sector is not only anticipated to generate increased job opportunities but is also aligned with the broader goal of making Bengaluru a hub for innovation and technological advancements.
