Recently the South Indian film industry has been churning out blockbuster movies and they are dominating the Hindi film industry. The Yash-starrer KGF: Chapter 2 seems to be smashing all advance booking records. Moreover, it has overtaken SS Rajamouli’s RRR Hindi version. Other states have also shown a positive response.

KGF Chapter 2 is one of the most awaited movies and is being released on 14th April 2022. Additionally, since Friday is a holiday, it is expected to help KGF 2 to rake up more money.

According to various reports, the Hindi version of KGF Chapter 2 has already managed to sell tickets worth nearly Rs 20 crores two days before its release. On the other hand, the Hindi version of RRR could earn only Rs 5 crore in advance bookings.

The total day 1 advance gross booking stood at Rs 33.61 crores.
The movie, however, is expected to clash with a Tamil blockbuster movie, Beast. Starring Pooja Hegde and Vijay, Beast is expected to surpass KGF 2 in the Tamil and Malayalam language markets. However, KGF 2 would enjoy its superiority in Northern India.
