Bollywood Newbies like Karthik Aryan, Kiara Advani, Sidharth Malhotra, Rakul Preet Singh, Rajkummar Rao and many more who do not belong to the industry and do not have any Bollywood background are doing really well at the Box Office.
These artists have the potential to maintain that ”heart -to- heart” connection with their Fans. They give films where the audience does not get disappointed.

Here is a list of Bollywood actors who might not face the #boycott trend anywhere in the future..

The ‘Shershaah’ Siddharth…

After actor Ranveer Singh bagged the Best Actor award for ‘83’ at the 67th Filmfare Awards in Mumbai on Tuesday, fans were quick to pour love for ‘Shershaah’ actor Siddharth Malhotra.

sidd

Sid’s fans started the trend with #Siddharth Malhotra on Twitter, hailing the actor for his performance in the highly acclaimed biopic film. Many opined how Sid was a better performer and deserved the award instead of Ranveer Singh.

‘Shershaah’, which portrayed the story of Captain Vikram Batra martyred in the Kargil War, was a blockbuster while Ranveer’s sports drama ‘83’ bombed at the box office. Produced by Karan Johar, the film starred Siddharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani in lead roles and their crackling chemistry was a refreshing treat to the audience.

Well, award or no award, Siddharth definitely won many hearts.

The Heartthrob Karthik

Karthik Aryan went on to star in Akaash Vani (2013) and Kaanchi: The Unbreakable (2014), but these failed to propel his career forward. Aaryan had his breakthrough by starring in Ranjan’s comedies Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015) and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), both of which were commercially successful.

Kartik Aaryan reveals facts from his struggling days: says I am a film-watching audience

He first made everyone sit up and take notice of him as an actor when he delivered the popular monologue which became the most relatable two minutes on-screen for any man in India. Yes, we are talking about Kartik Aaryan. The Gwalior boy was discovered and celebrated thanks to director Luv Ranjan and his famed Pyaar Ka Punchnama series. This year Kartik has gone on to become one of the most promising celebs and even seems to be on a route to becoming the next Dharma kid!

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 review: Kartik Aaryan film is a well-made sequel; Tabu shines | Bollywood - Hindustan Times

Lately, there has been much discussion on South films like KGF 2 and RRR racing ahead of Bollywood, despite the latter churning out big-budget films with prominent stars. Speaking to Bollywood Bubble on whether Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 can break the lull, Kartik said, “I hope it does well, from the first poster till now, it has been the talk of the town. Everybody has been talking about this film, and they have enjoyed it. The kind of reaction I have heard from people after they watched the trailer is that they really want to watch the film. I hope they go to the theatres and watch it. Also, there’s Dhaakad which is coming in, I like the trailer too. Both genres are different and I hope people come and watch both films. I think both will work.”

While Kartik enjoys a large fanbase, he’s no stranger to harsh comments and rumors surrounding him. While the actor says that he has made his peace with it, he is worried about the effect that it has had on his family. He said, “It always reaches me. The smallest things reach me. I’ve come to a point where I realize that people will say things. You have to be sane. You cannot just change yourself again and again. People around me are happy and they’re enjoying what I’m doing. So I don’t want to think about it—sometimes it’s rumored, sometimes things are blown out of proportion. It’s just that I get worried about my family when they read things about me…but it’s not in my hands.”

Kiara Advani
