However, a report from Boom has found the video to be fake. The audio attached to the video is fake and has been overlaid on the original song that was being played there. An investigation by the fact check agency has discovered that the audio was put using the reel feature on Instagram. One of the students from the college named Pratham Makhija uploaded the reel with the ‘Jai Shree Ram’ song on his account.

The edited video shows the students dressed in ethnic styles chanting the line “Bharat ka baccha baccha, Jai Shree Ram Bolega”. (Every kid in Bharat will now chant, ‘Jai Shree Ram’).

The edited video soon went viral on different social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and WhatsApp. The video is being shared as a message stating that the students of Christ University danced to the song.

A Twitter user by the name of Ask Shivang shared the video and wrote “someone played Bharat ka bacha bacha during an event in Christ University and the crowd went wild…”
